Strategic Inclusive Marketing was founded by me, Sheryl - author, award- winning marketer, strategist, and accidental emotional support human to my dog, Myca 😉. I started out building marketing strategies for consumer brands and not-for-profits, and now I help organizations make their marketing smarter, more authentic, and culturally aware.

Inclusion takes a range of many lenses. I collaborate with a crew of sharp, global pros who bring lived experience and fresh perspectives. Depending on the project, the right folks get called in - not for diversity optics, but because that’s how great, equitable work gets done.

With two decades of wins, lessons, and the occasional facepalm moment, I’ve learned that the magic is in both the process and the people.

At Strategic Inclusive Marketing, We blend strategy, storytelling, and a belief that inclusivity isn’t extra work - it’s simply how we work.

Strategic Inclusive Marketing is based in Etobicoke, on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples. Our work is made possible by the opportunity to operate on this land, and we acknowledge this with gratitude. We honour the enduring presence and leadership of Indigenous peoples and commit to inclusion, accountability, and respectful relationships in how we work.
